WHY TANTRA?

Tantra is a way of life. The foundation of Tantra is to work on the self, self-love/self-respect. Tantra is about healing wounds, not imposing more pain on the wounds or issues with intimacy.

My philosophy comes from my own life experiences… I have always have challenge with self confidence. Since childhood, I was living in a protective mode, always having my guard up in case anything would happen. I used to always be in my mind, controlling and protecting. Once I started to give & receive bodywork I was able to tap into my body. I started to get out of my mind, return back to self and realise my body was holding onto lots of blocks due to my conditioning.

I found myself, my true & authentic self from years of experiences in the Sexuality realm, through my Tantric mentoring, Embodiment workshops and personal trainings. For about 5 years I have been integrating Tantra & Sacred Sexuality into my everyday life. It allows me to rejuvenate my body temple from the inside out. Studying Tantra has completely changed my life. I am so much more relaxed, present and happy not only in the bedroom but throughout my business and everyday life. It is an honour to be able to teach and share that gift with others.

The most important Tantric’s teaching I want to share with you is that everything starts with self awareness. WHEN I CAN SEE MYSELF, I BECOME AWARE of my conditioning through my connection to SELF.  We need to be able to witness ourselves objectively, to see ourselves, how we are operating, how we are behaving. Behaviours are coming from conditioning, wounding, or even illusion/fantasy (the mind), they are coming from/to us because we are not meeting our own personal needs.
